  • Where are you located?

    Please note that our box office is temporarily closed until further notice. We will still be available via phone and email, and any in person inquiries can be made through the box office at the State Theatre Centre.

    Perth WA 6000 Australia

    Our office is open 10:00 – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday. There is a buzzer to entry on William St, next to Chi Cho Gelato.

  • Where can I buy Black Swan tickets?

    You can purchase tickets to Black Swan online or in person at one of the following box office locations:

  • Where can I get bite to eat or drink before a show?

    There are vibrant and diverse hospitality options around the State Theatre Centre which you can view here.

  • I have access needs. What services do you offer?

  • I'm feeling unwell. What should I do?

    If you feel unwell before a show, we ask that you please stay home in order to keep our community safe. Please contact us by email or phone prior to the show and we can assist with a credit on account or gift voucher that can be used towards a future Black Swan show.

  • I’ve lost my tickets. What do I do?

    If you have lost your ticket, we will reprint it for collection at the venue on the evening of the performance, this may incur a fee of $3.95 per ticket.

  • I need to refund or exchange my tickets. What do I do?

    Requests for refunds and exchanges will be granted at the discretion of Black Swan in accordance with the LPA Ticketing Code of Practice, and may incur a small fee of $3.95 per transaction.   • Why do you need my contact details?

    As part of the terms and conditions of service, you will need provide your name and phone number or email address as a minimum requirement. If you are purchasing tickets online, you will need to provide a mailing address, please be aware that we will not post tickets to an overseas address.   • My login isn’t working; where can I reset my password?

    If you are having trouble logging in, you can reset your password via our Login page here.

  • Can I bring my child to the theatre?

    Each show has a different age recommendation and not all shows may be suitable for someone under the age of 18. You can see the recommended age for a show in the Event Details section on the show's play page. Please ensure the show is suitable for the age of your child before booking.

  • I’m an artist. How can I work for Black Swan?

    As the state theatre company, Black Swan is engaged with the theatre communities of Western Australia and around Australia. We welcome artists and maintain programs to provide access and support for local performers and others. Further information can be found here.
