Tickets for Black Swan can be purchased:

  3. By visiting a Perth Theatre Trust box office at the State Theatre Centre of WA, His Majesty’s Theatre, or Subiaco Arts Centre

Ticket prices may fluctuate without notice. Any changes made are in accordance with Live Performance Australia’s (LPA) Ticketing Code of Practice as required by our membership. Further information can be found here.

COVID-19

If you feel unwell before a show, we ask that you please stay home in order to keep our community safe. Please contact us by email or phone prior to the show and we can assist with a credit on account or gift voucher that can be used towards a future Black Swan show.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be redeemed for tickets to any Black Swan production from as little as $20, either for set amounts (e.g. $100) or for the exact value of a specific number of tickets for a performance.

  • Refund and Exchange Policy


    Refunds can be requested, and may be granted at Black Swan’s discretion, as outlined by the LPA Ticketing Code of Practice. Exchanges on single ticket purchases can also be requested, but may be subject to a small exchange fee, except for circumstances outlined the LPA Ticket Code of Practice.

  • Demand Based Pricing

    Black Swan State Theatre Company of WA reserves the right to change any element of its sales structure, including but not limited to reserves and pricing, at any time and without notice. Pricing for any event or product sold through Black Swan State Theatre Company of WA, may be subject to demand-based pricing. This could see prices increase or decrease at any time during a sales period for any given event or product.

Black Swan offers a range of discounts – please select from the options below for further information.

  • Concession

    Valid cards include Pensioners, Seniors Cards, Health Care Cards and Veteran’s Affairs cards. Please ensure you have relevant and valid cards on hand as you may be asked for this documentation upon entry to the theatre.

  • Companion Card

    Holders of this card can receive a complimentary ticket for their companion to any Black Swan production. To book using a Companion Card, please call the Perth Theatre Trust Box Office on 08 6212 9292.

  • Accessibility

    If you require special seating or services when attending any of our shows, please visit the Perth Theatre Trust Box Office or call 08 6212 9292 to discuss your needs. Information regarding access services at the State Theatre Centre can be found here.

  • School Bookings

    If you are interested in purchasing school group tickets, please visit our Education page for more information. Additional discounts are provided if you book for more than one Black Swan production in a season.

  • Group Bookings

    If you are interested in purchasing for a group of eight (8) people or more, you can make a group booking by emailing groups@ptt.wa.gov.au or call 08 6212 9291

  • Entertainment Book / Voucher

    Entertainment Book vouchers are only valid on A-Reserve or B-Reserve seating in the Heath Ledger Theatre or equivalent venue. Also valid on ‘Standard Seating’ in the Studio Underground, and ‘general admission’ events. Not valid with any further concessions or other discount offers. Subject to availability. Booking fees may apply. Please note, Entertainment Book vouchers will not be valid on our 2021 Season production, That Shakespeare Play.

  • Rush Tickets

    Discounted ‘rush’ tickets are available from the box office 60 minutes prior to performance. Not valid with any further concessions or other discount offers. Subject to availability.

  • Pay What You Feel

    On selected performances throughout our 2021 Season, concession holders and MEAA Members are eligible for ‘pay-what-you-feel’ pricing from a minimum of $5.00. Available from the box office 60 minutes prior to performance. Not valid with any further concessions or other discount offers. Subject to availability.

    Eligible dates and performances are:

    • York: Tuesday 20 July 6:30pm & Saturday 24 July 2:00pm
    • Every Brilliant Thing: Tuesday 31 August 6:30pm & Saturday 4 September 2:00pm
    • Animal Farm: Tuesday 12 October 6:30pm & Saturday 16 October 2:00pm
    • That Shakespeare Play: Monday 29 November 6:30pm & Saturday 4 December 2:00pm.
